  This is my “go-to” place for needs. Most of the staff is helpful. I just witnessed one employee that was off the clock and still helping in the garden department because they had a lot of people come in. I’ve had trouble in the flooring area. Not sure if everyone is trained well enough or just have too much to handle— twice they never called me back and I was the one following up with my order. But for as much as I go, that’s forgivable.

  Neal in electrical is terrible customer service skills.tried to make me feel like I was a child.i heard him tell someone else he never gets a break from stupid customers asking stupid questions.even after he belittled me I said I would have to go to home depot because he had no interest in trying to help me find what i was looking for after I proved to him I could use what I needed to.than he acted like what I needed wasn't in the store when it was. I'll just go back when Neal isn't working. After going down and reading the reviews.I can see someone else made a complaint about neal.yep that's pretty much him.bitter and rude.
