  Sold me a busted Moto z2 force edition, they did not inform me of the promotion that Motorola was having(free Alexa attachment for Moto z) the free tablet had dead pixels. They did give me another Moto z2 and a different tablet but the customer service was amateur at best. They also messed up on the activation which would of cost me more money a month, luckily we caught it in time. This was not a corporate store mind you. I did visit a corporate store in Pensacola and the customer service is much more professional. It wasn't full of teenagers that gave you a blank stare when you asked a question. Long story short always go for a corporate store instead of a franchise store.
